Guoshen Tu Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board

Mr. Tu is the Founder of CSST and has been its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since the company’s inception in 2001. He has extensive experience in the security and surveillance industry and has held management and executive positions in several security companies including Zhongshan Golden Grains Industry Limited and jiangxi Golden Group Limited. Mr. Tu graduated from Zhejiang University in 1992 with a Master’s Degree in Philosophy. He also holds EMBA from Beijing University.

Terence Yap Chief Financial Officer and Vice Chairman of the Board
Mr. Yap was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in early January 2007 after having served as a director of the company since March 2006 and Vice Chairman since May 2006. From 2002 to 2006, he was president, CEO and director of Digital Network Alliance International, Inc., and currently remains on the board. Prior to 2002, Mr. Yap worked in numerous business development positions at Skyhub Asia Co. Ltd., MCI WorldCom, Tele media and Hutchison. He holds an MBA from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Lizhong Wang Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Wang served as China Security's Chief Administrative Office and the President of the Company's System Integration Division since 2008. From August 2006 to December 2007, he served as the vice president and the president of Shenzhen Golden Group Co., Ltd. Prior to joining Golden Group, Mr. Wang was the vice chairman of CPPCC and People's Congress of Qingyuan district, Ji'An city. Mr. Wang holds an EMBA from Centenary College, U.S.A., and a B.A. and M.A. in Economics from the Party School of the Central Committee of C.P.C., China.

Daiyou Qian Chief Strategy Officer
Mr. Qian served as COO of China Security after serving as General Manager from April 2005 to December 2007 for Hangzhou Tsingvision Intelligence System Co. Ltd., or Tsingvision, a company he founded in 2003 which was acquired by China Security in July 2007. From April 2005 to June 2007, Mr. Qian also was an Associate Professor of Hangzhou Normal University. From December 1995 to April 2005, Mr. Qian was Senior Engineer of CETC Institute 52 (China Electronics Science and Technology Corporation, the Institute).

Zhongxin Xie Chief Audit Executive

Mr. Zhongxin Xie has joined the Company in the newly created position of Chief Audit Executive. Mr. Xie has extensive experience in the auditing function. In 2007, Mr. Xie was appointed as the Audit Director of the Company. From 1992 to 2007, he worked at Prefectural Bank of Jiangxi Rural Popular Bank as a Director of the banking division. He was responsible for the bank's internal audit and regulatory compliance. Prior to this position, from 1987 to 1992, Mr. Xie served as the head of Ji'an Agricultural Bank Business Department.
